Last week I had a house sitting job in Edmonds. We were only a couple minutes from this beach so we invited Leah, Ethan and Avery to join us for a day in the sun.

Ethan is a great big brother and practices his skills redirecting Katrina back to the picnic. She will follow him anywhere!
As the mom's packed up lunch to move closer to the water the kids explored the sand.
The beach had great strategic driftwood to form little boxes that the young kids couldn't quite get out of. Katrina attempts an escape anyway.
